Shellfish Suppression Act

In April 2015, we filed an initiative proposal, the Shellfish Suppression Act to ban shellfish in the state of California. You can read it here, and provide any comments you might have on the proposal to the Attorney General at this page. We are legally prohibited from collecting signatures toward its passage until the Office of the Attorney General produces a title and summary for the proposal, which should be on or before approximately May 22.
